Due to scheduled maintenance work on payment services, there will be a downtime for Instant Payments on 08.08.2026 from 11:00 PM to 09.08.2026 06:30 AM.

During this period, Instant Payments processed via the XS2A API will also be affected and unavailable.

The maintenance is performed by comdirect. We will monitor the situation and provide updates if necessary.

Investigating - We would like to inform you about an ongoing incident affecting Comdirect Depot and Credit Card accounts.

Since the morning of July 13, 2026, we have observed an issue affecting connections to Comdirect Depot and Credit Card accounts.

At this time, connections and data retrieval for Comdirect Depot and Credit Card accounts may fail. Giro, Savings, and Daily Savings accounts are not affected.

We are currently investigating the issue together with the provider and will continue to monitor the situation. We will provide updates as soon as more information becomes available or the incident has been resolved.
